Josie joined the firm in April 2025. She currently handles the firm’s Chapter 13 Bankruptcy cases in the Western District of Kentucky for clients with last names H-O, as well as the firm’s uncontested divorce cases. Josie is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky, as well as the Southern District of Indiana. Originally from Louisville, Kentucky, Josie graduated cum laude with her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Louisville in 2022.

Following her undergraduate studies, Josie enrolled at the Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville and graduated magna cum laude in 2024. During law school, Josie earned CALI Awards for academic achievements, as well as her membership in the Robert and Sue Ellen Ackerson Law Clinic where she represented clients in various aspects of domestic violence litigation and domestic relations litigation. In her free time, Josie enjoys cheering on the Louisville Cardinals, the Indiana Pacers, and the New York Jets with her family.
